H2OMMMMM SUP Yoga

This class combines traditional yoga poses while using your paddle board as your mat while floating on the water.  We do not teach basic paddling skills within the workouts.  We very strongly suggest you take one of our beginner classes or private lessons before attending any of our fitness, yoga or touring groups.

Dock Yoga

H2OMMMMM Dock Yoga

Join us for the most peaceful outdoor yoga setting as you look up at the sky while floating on the dock as you go through your yoga practice. No sand, no walls, no slippery sweaty floors.  Just immerse yourself in the sounds of the water and the fresh salt air.

Saturday 7:30am – 8:20am
Monday  7:00pm – 7:50pm
Wednesday 9:00am – 10:00am
1 class $15

SUP BOOTCAMP

Looking for an INTENSE OUTDOOR workout?  Stacey’s Surf and Paddle fitness instructors will navigate your workout through the back bays of Margate. Together we created a program that combines paddling drills, paddling intervals and exercises on the board that will build strength and endurance all while embracing the natural beauty of being outdoors.

The Budda Bar

Heather will incorporate ballet barre, pilates, yoga, core and interval cardio.  Bands and playlist themes will be incorporated for a Booty whooping, full body, strength, flexibility, and endurance workout.
